I spent days reading reviews and finally made the decision to give them a call and talk to someone. I spoke to Benjamin on the phone and he was extremely helpful and navigated me through the entire repair process. To my own surprise He took care of my rental and had it waiting for me when I arrived. All the leg work was done before I got there, I sent him my insurance claim information and he took it from there. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found these people. The entire staff at the Baltimore location are wonderful and their customer service was above and beyond. I was updated during every stage of the repair process, I never had to call for an update which made the entire experience that much better. I hope I never need to come back but they have earned my business and my TRUST. "
